Kia ora!
Ko Whaiapu Vince Simmonds rāua ko Chrissy Adriana (nee Kraakman) ōku ingoa,
Nō Aotearoa me Tatimana (Holland) māua.
We have experienced 16 years of cross cultural communications in the USA, Philippines and Tajikistan. We returned home in 2003. We’re a whaanau of four tamariki (children) and five mokopuna (grandkids) and are still passionate to keep the “fires” burning of Te Rongo Pai – “The Good News” going in Aotearoa and beyond.
So, this year Chrissy and I have been asked to be Kaiwhakamanawa (encouragers, inspirers ,supporters) of the Te Ao Māori journey within Eastwest. It certainly is an honour and privilege to do this.
We love the kaupapa (vision) of Eastwest and of course the people.
Revelation 7:9 says “ Behold, I looked and saw a great multitude that no one could number, from every tongue, tribe and nation shall be gathered on that day” God has ordained all cultures!
